With 100% artisanal production in its workshops on the banks of the Adour river, using exceptional ingredients selected from the best local producers - Maison Dubernet specializes first and foremost in the production of duck and goose foies gras, certified IGP Sud-Ouest and oies du Périgord.
The house also produces "smut-free" charcuterie and cured meats (without nitrite, colorants or flavor enhancers), gourmet and regressive pâtés and terrines, as well as a wide range of "home-style" prepared dishes, based on great French gastronomic classics revisited "Dubernet-style".

Created by Michel Dubernet - trained first in the family delicatessen in the village of Saint-Sever, then in excellence with the Compagnons du Devoir - this traditional house quickly established itself as the champion of technical know-how, focused on taste and respectful of the products and the talented craftsmen who work them.
